Alchimia

Alchimia is a community enterprise that promotes well-being, environmental sustainability and the protection of social rights. We offer professionalism, experience and ability to listen to people's needs.

The Alchimia Social Cooperative was born in Bergamo in 1986, developing projects in the field of primary prevention aimed at pre-adolescents and adolescents.

Evolving over the years, thanks to the commitment and professionalism of its members and workers, the cooperative has been able to offer new and concrete answers to emerging social needs and problems .

Today Alchimia has oriented its entrepreneurial development towards the social enterprise of the community. In this sense, the cooperative is a partner in social activation and innovation processes, in close collaboration with the institutions, social realities and citizens, who are both direct and indirect beneficiaries and protagonists of its activities.

Alchimia deals with projects and services divided into 7 areas of intervention : disability , youth policies , protection of minors , childhood , environment , community projects, entertainment and events . The common denominator of all the interventions is attention to the person and his life plan , the promotion of well-being , the right to full participation in social life, the active and proactive involvement of families .

Alchimia currently has 82 members and over 270 workers.
