CAMPAGNA SABINA s.c.s.

Campagna Sabina is a predominantly female social and community cooperative with the dream of helping to build the future capacity of this territory, the province of Rieti, basing it on food-tourism-culture and the civil and social economy model.

We are a social and community cooperative that has been in existence for 9 years, has been active for 8, with the main mission, following the principles of the community cooperative, to act for local development by systemizing a model of social and civil economy related to food-tourism-culture.

We started with a first major project linked to agriculture, to aggregate and involve the many small local producers.

For this we have created “Le Tre Porte”, a food and wine, tourist, cultural and multifunctional space in the historic center of Rieti. We have reconverted and redeveloped an old building, a former wax factory, of 600 square meters on two floors, which today are the headquarters of our project.

The large space in the historic center of Rieti houses a bar , the grocery store for daily shopping and our tavern which is included in the Slow Food Guide to Italian Taverns. The Le Tre Porte tavern has a menu with dishes all based on agricultural products from excellent companies in the province of Rieti.
