It works with non-governmental organizations, associations, foundations, training institutions, social enterprises and other civil society organizations dealing with strategic consultancy ; scouting on national and international tenders and tenders; assistance on all phases of the project cycle management; training and capacity building for operators, trainers and teachers.

Step4 promotes national and European civic education and active citizenship projects with a particular focus on young people and the school world.

From birth to today Step4 has worked with hundreds of schools throughout Italy.

It offers schools educational kits (information sheets, learning units, lesson plans, reality tasks, etc.) and active citizenship workshops on human rights, sustainable development and intercultural issues, with special attention to the active involvement of young people in the learning path and in the search for solutions for change .

The Step4 approach requires the schools themselves to be proactive and able to guide students in the possibility of concretely applying the acquired citizenship skills, personally committing themselves to promoting actions for the benefit of their territory of residence and activating themselves in their role as global citizens active.

The company was born following a training and accompaniment course in the context of the Start-up social enterprise tender, promoted by the Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce and created by Formaper, a special agency of the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
