Tice is the first Neurodivergent Hub in Europe.
Tice was born in 2006, and is founded by a fellow and three Phd students of the then Department of Psychology, University of Parma, engaged in the study of the methodologies of the psycho-educational evidence-based.Francesca Cavallini still today, the president of the cooperative, in the period immediately previous to the constitution, he had completed a period of 90 days on the stage in the United States in 3 learning center (learning centres).
Tice is the first Neurodivergent Hub in Europe.- The Neurodivergent Hub project originates from various initiatives developed by Tice which have involved young neurodivergent needs engaged in the conception or creation of digital social enterprises (LearnBandB, Special Stroke Givers, Ciciarapp, Pappagallo).
- Neurodivergent Hub supports the potential and “atypical” behavioral aspects of young neurodivergents in strengths that can drive the creation of digital social enterprises, with the aim of providing targeted training, a personal activity and a useful service to the community.

Social enterprise born in 2014 to cover health needs of all social groups by providing high quality healthcare and psychological services at affordable rates with short waiting times. Is a sustainable, inclusive, collaborative and transformative model that goes beyond just managing the illness by empowering linkages with and within communities through a multiactor and multidisciplinary approach. Welcomed has been running two multi-specialty centers in Milan (in September 2023 we’ll open a third one) with approximately 100 doctors and experts in more than 30 medical specialties, it provides medical, psychological, rehabilitation (Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Psychomotricity, Cognitive and Neurological Rehabilitation) and educational and family services. The social impact is related to the improvement of the health outcomes for marginalized communities by improving social and environmental determinants, through an innovative model that support different facets of community health and combat health disparities: thanks to donations, grants and the reinvestment of 100% of the future profits (we are now close to the break-even), services are provided free of charge to vulnerable groups, mainly children and families, that are forced to give up treatments because of long waiting list of the public service. Treatments are available on-site and at schools, hospitals and “on field” in partnership with other non-profit organizations and public entities (primarily with social services and the operational units of childhood and adolescent neuropsychiatry). The underprivileged people are identified in collaboration with a network of 100 partners (schools, hospitals, social services, third sector entities, etc.), a sort of social/educative/medical alliance with every partner that is strongly involved in the project: to collaborate in helping motivate beneficiaries and remember them treatments but also to share with the other entities cases, issues, recommendations, etc.
