A vegetable production with a social purpose

ByAuk is an ideal social entrepreneurship and is organized as a cooperative farm. We offer residents, municipal institutions, organizations and local businesses access to short-traveled vegetables, community and knowledge about food production. The cooperative owners take part in the work and harvest vegetables themselves from the field. ByAuk provides proximity and knowledge of where the food comes from and creates encounters across generations and cultures.
