The HELT MED foundation contributes to diversity and inclusion by creating workplaces for people with developmental disabilities, developmental disorders and learning difficulties. Furthermore, HELT MED contributes to ensuring that the target group is recruited into these jobs and receives sufficient follow-up and training, so that the working conditions are as successful as possible.
