Chaperone is the first online marketplace of personalized career development services for scientists.

Our mission is to empower scientists, by connecting them with career consultants from multiple countries and professional areas.

We are working to build a world where each and every scientist has access to high-quality career support.

On our platform platform, scientists can browse and book online 1-to-1 sessions with over 30 experienced career consultants (career specialists, advisors, counselors and coaches) on over 50 different support topics. In addition to online 1-to-1 sessions, Chaperone also provides online group training in the format of workshops or webinars.

Chaperone already supported scientists from over 15 countries, and from prestigious institutions such as Karolinska Institutet, CERN, Umea University, or Imperial College.

Our mission is to create a world where each and every scientist has access to high quality career development, while being aligned with SDGs 4 (Quality Education), and 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
