KnowMe is a digital communication aid. In KnowMe, those close to you can add films and images, link to text, describe how the person communicates and make the information available. Instead of those who have gotten to know the person being the only ones to carry the knowledge, the knowledge can be easily displayed and passed on – throughout their life. It contributes to closer cooperation between home, school and care services in an everyday life with many hands.
