How are we doing?

We support women who are looking for a job that allows them to combine family and professional life. Every day, we publish mother-friendly job offers and advise on how to look for a job, how to organize yourself so that work-life-balance is possible.

We also present Parents-Friendly Employers , showing how companies can support working parents.

We help employers reach a previously unnoticed group of female candidates, thanks to which they can more effectively search for new employees with valuable qualifications and skills, as well as build their image as a family-friendly employer.

Where did the idea come from?

10 years ago we joined forces to find a solution for combining family and professional life, so as to be an effective, fulfilling employee and a happy mother at the same time. That is why we create a community of women who support each other and tell how to be a mother and work.
