Needs Map collects and validates needs from individuals, educational institutions and non- governmental organizations, and facilitates meeting these needs with supports with its map- based technology.

Needs Map is a social cooperative that brings people in need together with individuals, institutions and organizations that want to support. Needs Map was established in 2015 as a non-profit organization with the status of a Social Cooperative.

Needs Map approaches social problems on a technological basis and offers GIS special solutions. The platform details and visualizes data down to street names to allow needs and supports to act in harmony and make the data transparent. By this way, it is possible to collect data via location-based web forms and to provide real-time visualization and analysis.

Needs Map spreads the culture of cooperation and solidarity in the society

For this purpose, it brings people and institutions together, creates communities and activates these communities. It focuses on areas such as poverty, humanitarian assistance, disasters and local economic development.
