AER (Authentic. Ethical. Reusable) is a zero-waste shop and an emerging community that promotes responsible consumption.

Our mission focuses on 3 pillars:

1. Humans, as we promote and support small producers
2. Environment, by reducing plastic consumption we shall have a positive impact on nature
3. Fairtrade, as we truly believe in an honest and open-minded trade for ecological and traditional products

What makes AER unique?!

• 85% of the products are made in Romania; we only import what we know can’t be found here
• we are a social enterprise, which means that 90% of our profit will be reinvested within the community, under various forms: educational workshops for children, events for supporting & promoting local producers
• We only use non-plastic packaging and we reuse as much as possible
• We are here for the small producers, the ones that invest time, energy, and passion in their products

Our reason for the entire commercial activity is not to be just a simple zero-waste store (the only one in Piatra Neamt, considered an innovative idea), but to guide and support the local community for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, without any plastic or waste.

We promote our local producers, acting as ambassadors for short supply chains and aiming for smart agriculture.

We believe in climate change, and we want to protect nature by educating the young generation in this area through local campaigns and ecological initiatives. A planet with less pollution means a healthier community, and this goal can be reached starting with the education process.

We focus on the concept of fairness in the relations between individuals in our company, with equal opportunities and social privileges.
