Social micro-farm

Areas of economic activities that support social projects for youth from the foster care system and young mothers in vulnerable situations:

Fruit, spice and vegetable garden – where we have fresh vegetables, herbs and fruit, grown and cared for by us and our beneficiaries. For our health and the health of those who consume our products, we practice natural-style farming, without using any chemical solutions for the development and protection of plants, even if this means sometimes sharing the fruits of our labour with small but natural pests.

Cheese – we produce cheese according to traditional Italian recipes using only natural products: milk and natural calf rennet or organic vegetable rennet. The milk we use in cheese production comes from our pasture-fed cows.

Canned fresh vegetables and fruit from the garden – we use natural methods – boiling/cooking/drying of garden fruits and vegetables so that we can use them even at times when they are no longer available fresh.
