Flair Scent

Handmade scented candles from soy wax created with care and love in Iasi.

Flair Scent is a work integration social insertion enterprise, established within the “Social Enterprise Accelerator” project. We make pure soy scented candles in all kinds of jars, from upcycled teacups, yoghurt jars, old beer mugs, tin boxes to luxurious candle jars. We also offer the service to refill the candle after it’s done. We also organize workshops to adults and they learn how to make their candles, and we offer candle workshops for free to kids from foster care centers.

Mission

We want to create a community around scented soy candles, which in turn create a feeling of well-being when you smell them. At the same time, we want to grow to be able to hire as many people from disadvantaged backgrounds as possible.

Social impact

We reinvest in our people and we hire people from disadvantaged group. Right now we have a widow mother with 5 children who was living in a protection center and a girl from foster care.
