Our objective is to create personalized and integrated measures for the personal and professional development of the applicants, as well as to facilitate the integration of vulnerable people from the unemployed and inactive category, people from rural areas into the labour market, by developing and offering within the social enterprise Smart Time Academy, complex service measures necessary for a sustainable and quality employment.

In the medium and long term, the social enterprise Smart Time Academy, through the Knowledge Amphitheatres platform, aims to facilitate access to quality continuing education for the workforce, through the participation of vulnerable people in the proposed vocational training programs.
