Handmade jewelry made by mothers in difficult situations

In the interest of mothers with children at risk of abandonment, struggling for life and family and for financial sustainability, TOUCHED ROMÂNIA Association (Mother’s Association) has developed the social enterprise TOUCHED COLLECTION through the handmade production of jewellery and accessories (made of glass, wood, natural stone, pearls, swarovski crystals or gold/silver plated) by the mothers of the “Casa Agar” Maternity Centre.

The success of this project contributes to the success and opportunity of these mothers to be responsible in their personal life and in society.

The social enterprise TOUCHED COLLECTION and occupational therapy through the manufacture of jewellery by the mothers of the “Casa Agar” Maternity Centre also aims to create jobs by employing the most skilled mothers in manufacturing and distribution.

For the development of the social enterprise and in the interest of socio-professional reintegration of these mothers, the jewellery is sold at fairs and in the private sector (companies, banks, foundations, corporations, etc.), but it is also addressed to individuals (private individuals), who are sensitive to the problems of mothers and children in difficulty and situations of abandonment.
